AnyDesk licensing, deployment and support for Australian organisations, from a partner who has rolled it out across thousands of sites.
Tell us the size of your environment and we'll send AUD pricing, usually within one business day.
Hybrid teams, distributed sites, unattended machines in the field. The tools that got Australian businesses through the last five years were chosen quickly — and a lot of them are still running on consumer licences, shared passwords and open ports.
Attackers know this. Remote access is one of the first things they probe, and the ACSC keeps saying so.
AnyDesk was built around its own codec rather than a generic screen-share stack, which is why it stays usable on the connections Australian field sites actually have.
TLS 1.3 for the session, 256-bit AES transport encryption, and RSA 2048 asymmetric key exchange verifying every connection.
MSI packages, batch scripts, command-line interface and Group Policy support on the Advanced tier and above. Roll out to a whole site without touching each machine.
Access Control Lists, permission profiles, two-factor authentication, Single Sign-On, and the option to disable interactive access entirely so only password access works.
Session logs track and monitor remote access activity for compliance and security review — the answer to "who connected to that machine, and when".
Host AnyDesk on your own server when data residency, sovereignty or client contracts mean sessions can't traverse a public relay.
Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS and more — including unattended access to the machines nobody sits in front of.
Most organisations we quote are on the wrong tier — usually paying for seats they don't use, or squeezing a team onto a licence that was never meant for it. Send us your numbers and we'll size it honestly.
| Plan | Built for | What it adds |
|---|---|---|
| Solo | A single technician or sole trader | One concurrent connection, up to 100 managed devices. Not scalable — outgrow it and you re-buy. |
| Standard | Small IT teams, up to 20 users | Scales to 20 concurrent connections, up to 500 managed devices, custom-branded client, user management and permission profiles. |
| Advanced | MSPs and mid-market IT, up to 100 users | Scales to 50 concurrent connections, up to 1,000 managed devices, mass deployment (MSI), Group Policy, command-line interface and live phone support. |
| Ultimate | Enterprise and regulated environments | Up to 2,000 managed devices, cloud or on-premises hosting, Single Sign-On and a dedicated support team. |
Tier capabilities per AnyDesk's published plan comparison. AUD pricing is quoted per organisation — tell us your numbers and we'll come back with a figure you can put in a budget.

There's a difference between a company that resells AnyDesk and a company AnyDesk chose to build a region with. Here's how ours went.
Thirty years of networking, structured cabling and cybersecurity across India — growing to 10+ branches and a channel of more than 5,000 partners, representing 20+ global security and networking brands.
Not a reseller agreement — a distribution mandate. eCAPS took on licensing, pre-sales engineering, deployment support and channel enablement for an entire region.
Manufacturing floors, hospital networks, retail chains, government departments, MSPs supporting hundreds of end customers. Every awkward edge case — locked-down VLANs, air-gapped requirements, unattended kiosks — we've already met.
Recognised as AnyDesk's top-performing distributor across the Asia-Pacific region.
eCAPS is an AnyDesk Authorised Reseller serving Australian organisations directly — AUD quoting, local business-hours engagement, and the same engineering bench that built a region.
Supporting many clients from one console, with per-client separation and clean session records.
POS terminals, kiosks and back-office machines across venues, most with nobody technical on site.
Line controllers, warehouse terminals and equipment in places a laptop shouldn't go.
Clinical systems where session logging and access control aren't optional extras.
Client data under contractual confidentiality — often where the on-premises option matters most.
Hybrid staff, BYO devices and a helpdesk that needs to fix things without a site visit.
You get a named contact for your account, engaged during Australian business hours, and quotes issued in AUD. Behind that sits the engineering team that supported an entire region's AnyDesk deployments — which is a deeper bench than most local resellers can offer. If a local presence is a hard requirement for your procurement process, tell us in the form and we'll address it directly rather than dance around it.
Yes. AnyDesk's on-premises option lets you host on your local server for greater control over security. It's available on the Ultimate tier. If data residency, sovereignty or a client contract requires it, say so in the form and we'll scope that specifically.
Sometimes it isn't, and we'll say so. What usually justifies a move is one of three things: a renewal price that's climbed past what the tool delivers, a compliance requirement the current tool can't evidence, or performance that fails on the connections your remote sites actually have. If none of those apply to you, we'd rather tell you than sell you.
Usually within one business day. If your requirement involves on-premises deployment or an unusual licence structure, it may take an extra day to size properly — we'd rather be right than quick.
Yes. Building and supporting channel partners is what eCAPS has done for thirty years — it's the core of the business, not a side programme. Select "Reseller / MSP enquiry" in the form and we'll start that conversation.
They go to the eCAPS Australia team so we can prepare your quote and follow up. We don't sell, rent or share your details with third parties. If you'd like them removed at any point, email us and we'll do it.
